We are happy to invite you to the art exhibition, taking place from 5 to 9 May at the Palais des Nations. The opening ceremony and cocktail reception will be held on 5 May at 12:00 PM, Building E, Entrance 40, Mezzanine.

We hope the theme of our exhibition, “The Palette of the Universe Through the Eyes of Women,” will engage you. Additionally, demonstrations of various artistic painting techniques are organized for those interested in deepening their understanding of art, refining their skills, and interacting with the participating artists. These demonstrations will take place daily from 12:30 to 14:00 throughout the event.

Please feel free to bring friends. Note that those without a pass for entry into the UN Geneva buildings must register in advance via the Indico system and present a valid identity document upon arrival:

Members are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Assembly (AGA) 2025, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 6 May 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in Room XXV, Building E, 1st floor, Palais des Nations.

The AGA provides an important opportunity for members to engage in discussions, raise questions related to the functioning of the Guild, and exercise their voting rights.

For members in good standing who are unable to attend the AGA in person, it is possible to appoint another member as a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy form should be completed and entrusted to a member who will be present at the AGA. Please note that each attending member may carry a maximum of three proxy votes. A printed version of the completed proxy form must be presented at the meeting.
