Members are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Assembly (AGA) 2025, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 6 May 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in Room XXV, Building E, 1st floor, Palais des Nations.
The AGA provides an important opportunity for members to engage in discussions, raise questions related to the functioning of the Guild, and exercise their voting rights.
For members in good standing who are unable to attend the AGA in person, it is possible to appoint another member as a proxy to vote on their behalf. A proxy form should be completed and entrusted to a member who will be present at the AGA. Please note that each attending member may carry a maximum of three proxy votes. A printed version of the completed proxy form must be presented at the meeting.
