Fundraising initiatives help provide valuable support for our mission and ongoing activities. Offering UNWG-branded items is a simple way to share our work more widely and highlight the impact of our community. It also gives members a fun and creative opportunity to contribute, while connecting with others and raising funds in an engaging and meaningful way.
UNWG Art Exhibitions at WIPO and UNOG
Members of the UNWG who are artists in their own right – whether professionally or as a personal passion – showcase their work at the annual art exhibitions organised at WIPO and UNOG. These exhibitions feature a rich diversity of artistic genres and provide a platform for creative expression within the UNWG community.
20th Anniversary of Children’s Walk
Raising funds through the sale of Children’s Walk memorabilia, including pins, water bottles, key chains and a range of other items celebrating the efforts of children from international schools in Geneva who fundraise in support of children in need.
Childrens Artwork 2020
The artwork created by children from international schools in Geneva who participated in the Children’s Walk 2020, generously contributing their creativity to support the initiative. Under the theme Human Solidarity, the young artists expressed their vision of unity, compassion and global togetherness. The six most outstanding pieces were selected and transformed into greeting cards, which were offered to members as part of the fundraising initiative
Walk – Thon 2020
UNWG members can also organise different initiatives to further support the UNWG Scholarship Fund. These include walk-a-thons, targeted fundraising campaigns, and other creative, community-driven events that bring members together around a shared purpose. Through these collective efforts, the Guild strengthens solidarity and generates essential financial support to sustain and expand its scholarship programme.
